Event Details

This is just a nice hike thru a mix of forests and meadows at elevations ranging from about 10,700 ft to 11,500 ft. The trailhead is up middle mountain road above Vallecito lake. No spectacular views, just a nice alpine hike from a fairly easily accessed trailhead. Moderate pace. Limit 15 due to wilderness regulations. Limit 2 well behaved dogs. Carpool $8.
